Service commitment
- $200 USDC for each managed DR20+ contextual backlink.
- Each placement uses an original article of at least 500 words on a relevant publishing site.
- Orders are complete only when the authenticated order status is
fulfilled. - This is a managed service, not instant automated placement. Timing depends on editorial review and placement availability.
- Support and material incident contact: support@freshsem.com.
Payment and refund rules
Only official native USDC on the quoted network is accepted. Payment must come from the quoted payer address and match the exact quote. Do not pay after quote expiry. Unsupported tokens, wrong networks, wrong recipients, incorrect amounts, or transfers from another payer may need manual recovery and are not automatically accepted. If Fresh SEM cannot fulfil a paid order, support will arrange replacement or refund after ownership and payment verification. Network fees are not refundable.
Security model
- No private keys, seed phrases, wallet connection, transaction signing, or broadcasting.
- Order access uses a caller-generated token that Fresh SEM stores only as a hash.
- Payment verification checks chain, official USDC contract or mint, sender, recipient, amount, timing, success, finality, and previous use.
- Use owner approval, a spending cap, expiry, revocation, and stop-on-error behaviour.
- Rate limits protect quote creation and status operations. Clients should back off on HTTP 429.
