Recommended tool sequence

1. Call describe_backlink_service.
2. Call get_payment_requirements for the intended network.
3. Collect the target URL, anchor text, quantity, account details, payer address, random idempotency key, and random access token.
4. Call create_quote.
5. Present the exact transaction to the wallet owner for approval.
6. After broadcast, call submit_payment_proof or check_payment.
7. Call get_order_status until the status is fulfilled.

Failure handling

Reuse the same idempotency key after a timeout. Stop on a changed recipient, amount, token, or network. Back off on HTTP 429. Never create a second payment merely because a status check is delayed.
